A new ring dome
The Mission Q-X-C has a new 'ring dome' tweeter, which has better dispersion, a wider frequency response, and less distortion than traditional dome tweeters. A ring-shaped waveguide in this innovative design helps to control the dispersion of high frequencies for a wider sweet spot and improved off-axis performance. A neodymium magnet and a copper-clad aluminium wire voice coil are also used in the tweeter to provide high efficiency and low distortion. Cabinet & slot port design
