1- Genuine product will always have a warranty card inside the box. Serial number & name label of speakers is always mentioned on it. We recommend you would check warranty card & name label of product before the shop persons installs it

How can I claim the warranty of the product?
Every product on our website comes with a warranty. You just need to contact the brand customer care to claim the warranty.
