How can I verify the authenticity of the products?
First of all, at Avfive we are only selling genuine seal packed products. While most of our other competitors are focussing on providing refurbished products at cheap rates, we are only focussing on providing authentic products with minimal profit margins.
You can always check the authenticity of the products through-
1- Genuine product will always have a warranty card inside the box. Serial number & name label of speakers is always mentioned on it. We recommend you would check warranty card & name label of product before the shop persons installs it
2- If any website offers you a price which is much lower than the MRP or price offered by other websites, kindly be alert and check speakers carefully.
3- Else you can directly visit the brand service centre and ask them to verify the product.
How can I claim the warranty of the product?
Every product on our website comes with a warranty. You just need to contact the brand customer care to claim the warranty. You will just need to fill the Warranty Claim Request Form by sharing with all the necessary details - defect, invoice, model name, etc and share the GST invoice we provide you.
What if I get a wrong/damaged/defective product?
